REACHING
THE LAST MILE
Strengthening public health systems, one community at a time.
At LTPCT, we believe that good health is a fundamental right and the cornerstone of human dignity. Our health interventions are designed with a last-mile approach, bringing preventive, promotive, and curative care directly to underserved communities, especially in remote and tribal regions.
Through Mobile Health Units, we deliver doorstep medical assistance and essential healthcare services to thousands who otherwise lack access. Our Community Health Centres provide subsidized consultations, diagnostic services, and ongoing treatment for vulnerable populations.
Maternal and child health is a major priority — from antenatal care and nutrition support for high-risk pregnancies to postnatal care and immunization, ensuring safer motherhood and healthier beginnings. We also address critical public health challenges through targeted programmes such as Sickle Cell Prevention Programme, Non-communicable Disease Screening Programme, and the School Health Programme, which focuses on early detection and awareness among the community.
Initiatives like the Curable Blindness Programme and Center for Special Children extend specialized support to marginalized groups, while our commitment to strengthening public health infrastructure continues to grow. Together, these efforts enable us to build healthier communities, reduce inequities, and transform lives at the grassroots.
