The Anil Naik Technical Training Centre (ANTTC) is a pioneering skilling initiative dedicated exclusively to empowering 10th and 12th grade school dropouts with industry-relevant technical education. As one of its kind in the region, ANTTC bridges the gap between education and employability by equipping young individuals with practical skills, confidence, and career-ready competencies.

Our training programmes span engineering, IT, electronics, mechanical, solar technology, apparel, welding, and beauty & wellness, all designed in close alignment with industry standards and the National Skill Development Mission. Each course combines 4 months of intensive classroom learning with 2 months of internship, ensuring hands-on experience and real-world exposure.
Beyond technical skills, ANTTC also offers a unique Second Chance Programme, enabling learners to complete their secondary education while pursuing vocational training — a transformative opportunity for those seeking to rewrite their future.
Supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure, expert trainers, and strong industry linkages, ANTTC is not just a training centre — it’s a launchpad for second chances and sustainable livelihoods. By nurturing talent where it’s often overlooked, we help young people build dignified careers and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s workforce.
